Tennison Fitness offers 1-to-1 personal training sessions with Robyn to meet any desired goals; ranging anything from weight loss to building muscle and increasing strength. Enjoy the vigarous training sessions which are tailored to your specific needs. TF offers both 30 and 60minute training sessions.

 

These sessions start with a free 30 minute consultation where you are able to discuss your aims and any queries with your trainer. Fitness testing and re-testing will also be carried out throughout your time with Tennison Fitness to ensure you achieve your goals.

 

 

GROUP TRAINING

 

Research suggests that working out with a partner can be more beneficial than by yourself, gaining extra motivation and ecouragement may help you reach your goals a lot quicker!
