Robyn is the creator and owner of Tennison Fitness with almost a decade of experience under her belt. Robyn originally studied at Southampton Solent University completing her bachelors of science in Fitness and Personal Training alongside her full REPS personal trainer qualification.
Her real interest lies in pre and post-natal fitness; helping ladies stay fit and healthy during pregnancy. Robyn is so passionate about helping new mums gain their body confidence back! She has recently featured in Marie Louise' book - The Modern Midwife's Guide to Pregnancy, Birth and Beyond' and her online ante natal course.
Robyn is also amazed with exercise psychology and mental health. Since graduating she has undertaken a series of jobs such as a fitness instructor on NHS mental health wards as well as a fitness instructor at a private Drug and Alcohol rehabillitation centre.
Robyn is also a fully qualified sports masseuse, specialising in injuries and corrective exercise. She has worked with hundreds of clients ranging from a sedentary person with acute injuries, to professional athletes improving and maintaining their mobility along with clients who suffer with life limiting physical injuries. She is also a pregnancy massage therapist helping ladies stay comfortable during this period.
Tennison Fitness started back in 2014 whilst Robyn was in her last year of university and it's blossomed ever since. She worked in a few local gyms before securing the TF studio in 2016 and hasn't looked back since. Robyn's lifetime aim is to help everyone of all ages and abilities become fit and healthy, regardless of their situation. She is a great believer of getting out what you put in.
